Guidelines on Developing Intervention and Scale-up Plans, Katalyst September 2011 Author: Swisscontact/GIZ, Katalyst, Bangladesh The document provides guidance on the structure of an intervention plan, including explanations of cost calculation sheet, measurment plan, etc. It provides examples from the maize sector (contract farming) and the vegetables sector. Scale-up is defined and a format for scale-up plans proposed. The document is extracted from the annexes of the Monitoring and Result Measurement Manual of Katalyst Project in Bangladesh.
